Emma’s Tamales is inspected by the state of California and by the county of Sacramento.
Our facility adheres to good manufacturing practices regulated by the US Food & Drug Administration.

Our salsa is made from all raw ingredients that are sourced locally. We meticulously hand select our produce for freshness and cleanliness. ​NO added preservatives, only those that are naturally occurring - for your good health!
 We share with our own families what we share in the marketplace. America is on the move and eating well is an important component to sustain an active lifestyle. We eat them often at work, home and on a road trips! At Emma's Tamales we vacuum seal them so they are easy to transport and have a long shelf life without the use of preservatives. We take pride in using non- GMO expeller pressed oil because it is not derived using Hexane. Hexane is a common chemical used to extract oils for food use, which is known to cause cancer and bad for our environment. Major fast food chains and many conventional food companies use these oils, we say that's taboo! Our expeller pressed non-GMO canola has a great taste, high heating point and health benefits  that are similar to olive oil and no transfats!  We also use cold pressed extra- virgin olive oil in our organic Spanish rice and seafood tamales. Our tamales are made with our special blend of non-GMO corn and organic non-GMO corn. Here at Emma's Tamales we believe in Farm-to- Fork! We use organic non- GMO Tofu from our local Tofu Company and source our produce locally.  You will taste the clean difference of our food and we hope that it helps to keep your life active, healthy and fulfilled! Our several varieties include meat, poultry, vegetarian and vegan.
Our tamales for fundraising are made with the same exceptional ingredients we use everyday, no skimping!
   
We offer a custom labels with cooking directions, ingredients and a special "Thank You", with your organizations name.

We deliver in a refrigerated truck with a minimum order within a 25 mile radius.
